This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving challenges, and can bring clarity to ambiguity while influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Key experience includes:

  • Proven programme management experience across large-scale transformation or strategic change initiatives.
  • Strong governance, planning, dependency management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience operating within data, technology, investment management, banking, asset management, or financial services environments.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into clear delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging executive and senior leadership teams.
  • Understanding of data-related disciplines including governance, quality, stewardship, architecture, and engineering.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

What’s on Offer?

  • 17.5% annual bonus
  • Hybrid working (2 days per week in Manchester)
  • Opportunity to shape a newly evolving Data function
  • High levels of visibility and engagement with senior stakeholders
  • Long-term career growth within a leading investment management environment

If you’re looking for a role where you can influence strategy, drive meaningful change, and help build a best-in-class data capability, we’d love to hear from you.
