Are you an experienced Customer Liaison Officer with strong communication skills and the confidence to manage challenging situations? We’re recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer to join a busy, customer-focused contract covering Chester and Stoke-on-Trent.
This is a temporary, field-based position until December, working directly with customers, contractors and internal teams to maintain clear communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
The Role As the Customer Liaison Officer, you will:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout ongoing works and projects.
- Keep customers informed, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
- Handle sensitive or complex situations professionally and empathetically.
- Liaise with customers, contractors and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and customer information.
- Travel between locations across the contract as required.
About You To be successful as the Customer Liaison Officer, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in a customer liaison, resident liaison or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence managing complaints, sensitive situations and challenging conversations.
- Strong organisation and record-keeping skills.
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
