Description
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets and financial reports for MEP projects.
- Evaluate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor costs during project delivery to maintain financial control.
- Provide cost advice on commercial, hospitality and mixed-use developments.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth delivery within budget.
- Conduct risk assessments and offer solutions to minimise financial exposure.
- Ensure valuations and payment applications are processed accurately.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders as required.
Profile
A successful Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor should have:
- Expertise in MEP, Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying.
- Experience working on commercial, hospitality or mixed-use projects.
- Strong understanding of contracts and financial management in construction.
- RICS accreditation or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
