24/7 In-Home Support Worker for Daily Living & Activities

AMS Case Management is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide 24-hour in-home support for a 53-year-old gentleman who sustained a brain injury 26 years ago.

The role involves assisting with all daily living tasks in a home equipped with a tracking hoist and an electric wheelchair, with a sleeper night shift from 10:00 to 10:00 the following day, once per week. During the day he enjoys trips to the garden centre, shopping and theatre.
