Customer Service & Events Host — Flexible Shifts

Tenpin – Sheffield is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an engaging guest experience across reception bookings, events, and the bar. You will be friendly, proactive, and confident in customer interactions, contributing to a fun, fast-paced environment.

You’ll help maintain cleanliness, support food and drinks service, and actively look for sales opportunities, while collaborating across Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke, and other experiences.
