You’re close to Partner level, but the route where you are may still feel slow, crowded or political.
This is a chance to help build the London Debt Advisory proposition for a growing advisory platform with serious ambition.
The business already has Debt Advisory capability outside London, a growing Corporate Finance team alongside it, and a wider client and partner network behind it.
London and the South is the area they now want to build properly.
This is not a delivery seat where you wait for someone above you to move on. It is a visible build role for someone who can originate, open relationships and back themselves commercially.
The focus is structured finance / leveraged finance, including:
- cashflow lending
- acquisition finance
- RCFs
- structured/leveraged finance
Typically across the £1m to £20m debt space.
The key is not just whether you can execute a transaction. It is whether you can open doors, spot opportunities and turn relationships into mandates.
This will suit someone with relationships across:
- lawyers and introducers
- corporates/owner-managed businesses
- family offices or wider professional networks
You do not need to be a fully established Partner already, but you do need to be commercially credible and ready for more responsibility.
