Pay Rate: 140 – 200 per day
Job Overview:Looking for a rewarding role in education? Supply Staff Ltd is seeking a qualified Design and Technology Teacher for full-time, long-term positions and day to day supply work across Gloucestershire. As a Design and Technology Teacher, you’ll inspire students to develop practical, creative and problem-solving skills across design, art and food technology. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress and collaborate with colleagues. The ideal Design and Technology Teacher will hold a PGCE and QTS or QTLS, and early career teachers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:* Plan and deliver engaging Design and Technology Teacher lessons across design, art and food technology.* Inspire creativity and technical skills across multiple creative subjects.* Assess and monitor student progress in design and technology.* Collaborate with other Design and Technology Teachers and school staff.* Support school academic goals and exam preparation.
Requirements:* QTS or QTLS certification.* PGCE or equivalent qualification.* Passion for teaching design and technology.* Strong communication and classroom management skills.* Early career teachers are welcome to apply.* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.* Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.
