Automation Maintenance Engineer Location: West London Salary: 54,791 + Shift Allowance + Weekend Premiums (OTE 59,000+) Shift: Rotating Days, Lates & Nights

TXM Recruit are supporting a major automated distribution business in the search for an experienced Automation Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly automated site, working on cutting-edge parcel handling and automation equipment within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on automated machinery.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
• Support continuous improvement projects to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Complete maintenance documentation and fault reporting.
• Work closely with the wider engineering and operations teams to maximise site performance.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3, ONC or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Previous experience maintaining automated production or material handling equipment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Experience within automation, manufacturing, logistics or distribution environments.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
