ES Recruit is looking for an experienced Electrician for a major residential development in Leeds, with potentially 12 months of work available.

You’ll be working on a high-rise apartment development, carrying out the 1st fix installation of communal lighting systems.

This is a great opportunity for an Electrician looking to secure a long-term contract with consistent hours.

The Role

Duties will include:

• 1st fix electrical installation
• Communal lighting installation
• Working on a high-rise apartment development
• Installation of containment, cabling and associated electrical systems
• Working from electrical drawings and specifications
• Ensuring installations meet required standards
• Maintaining excellent site health & safety

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced Electricians with:

• Previous commercial or residential installation experience
• Strong 1st fix experience
• Experience installing lighting systems
• Relevant electrical qualifications
• Valid ECS / JIB card
• Own tools and PPE
• Reliable work ethic and good timekeeping
