The Successful Candidate will have a blend of clinical proficiency, leadership capabilities, and strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to work effectively in a team of nursing staff, ensure effective patient care, and maintain smooth operations within their unit Are you excited to work in a fantastic, reputable care home with a friendly and professional environment?
The role:
- You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.
- Ensure day to day patients take part in meaningful individualised activities and provide support for social inclusion.
- Carry out administration of medicines according to policy and procedure.
- Keep clear and accurate records at all times.
- Provide Nursing care where this is required.
- The opportunity to really get to know your residents and build positive relationships with residents and their families.
What were looking for:
- You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse
- 6+ months of Nurse experience
- A Valid NMC Pin
