Night Shift Engineering Team Leader – Food Manufacturing

MorePeople is recruiting a Night Shift Engineering Team Leader for a large-scale food production site in Cambridgeshire. You will lead a team of engineers on the night shift, drive reliability, and ensure production equipment runs at peak performance.

The role is permanent, full-time with a 4 on 4 off night pattern and a salary of £57k–£62k depending on experience. You will implement maintenance plans, support continuous improvement, and uphold health and safety standards.
