HR Consultancy Lead — Employment Law Advisory (Hybrid)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a well-established law firm, seeks an experienced HR Consultant to head the HR Consultancy Department in Hove. You will provide expert HR and Employment Law advice to clients, lead a growing team, and drive business development initiatives.

Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, and flexible hours for part-time applicants. You will manage employee relations matters and shape advisory services for diverse clients.
