Founding ML Engineer & Tech Lead (CTO Path)

chronic longevity lab is seeking a Founding ML Engineer – Tech Lead (CTO path) in London for a funded 12-month program. You will own the ML stack end-to-end, from domain ontology and knowledge graphs to extraction pipelines and calibrated inference models, partnering directly with the founder.

Salary £45,000 plus equity, with a view to CTO as funding rounds progress. Start date 1 September 2026; UK-based, London a bonus. Early-career candidates welcome with strong research depth.
