Staff Software Architect: Lead AI OS & Platform Scale

Dex is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join a small, rapidly scaling engineering team in London. You will own the hardest end-to-end problems on our core platform, guiding architectural decisions and technical direction alongside the CTO and Engineering Lead.

You will design scalable components for a proprietary AI operating system across a portfolio of B2B SaaS businesses, mentoring peers and raising the bar for engineering excellence. London-based relocation is supported if needed.
