The Opportunity
We’re recruiting for an ambitious, rapidly growing business that’s expanding its successful Leeds sales team.
This is a consultative sales role where you’ll speak with customers who have already enquired about treatment. Your job is to build trust, understand their needs and guide them towards the right solution.

The Role
You’ll be speaking with customers who have already expressed an interest and are actively exploring their options.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building rapport and creating trust
- Understanding customer needs through consultative conversations
- Recommending the right solution
- Handling questions professionally
- Following up enquiries through the CRM
- Converting opportunities into sales
- Working towards individual and team targets
What We Are Looking For
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 12 months’ sales experience is essential
- A passion for speaking with customers and building relationships
- Motivation to achieve targets and earn uncapped commission
- Confident and professional communication skills
- A desire to develop a long-term career in sales
- A positive, resilient attitude
