HSE Manager — Lead Safety Culture & Compliance

HSE Recruitment are working with an established manufacturing site in Newark to appoint a Safety, Health & Environmental Manager who will lead the safety culture and performance across the site.

The role reports into the Plant Manager, sits on the senior management team, and will own all Safety, Health and Wellbeing activities on site, driving continuous improvement and ensuring IMS compliance while engaging operational management.
