Village Leeds North is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef and Kitchen Team Leader who will own your section, float to support the brigade, and ensure every plate leaving the pass meets our standards for quality, temperature, and presentation. You will manage the kitchen floor during busy services.
You will coach juniors, maintain food safety and brand delivery, control portion sizes, manage stock to par levels, and safeguard gross profit through careful ordering and wastage reduction.
