Strategic M&E Commercial Lead – Cardiff

Fusion People Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Manager (M&E) in Cardiff to oversee commercial performance across a portfolio of mechanical and electrical projects. The role combines contract expertise with hands-on leadership to protect margins.

You will manage NEC/JCT contracts, CVRs, forecasts and manage procurement while engaging clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. The base salary is £80,000-£100,000 with a bonus and comprehensive benefits.
