Banking Customer Expert — In-Office (Glasgow)

Teleperformance is hiring a Customer Service Representative for Virgin Money in Glasgow. You will handle inbound calls, guide customers through digital banking services, and resolve queries with a customer-first approach. This is a full-time role based in the Glasgow Cuprum Building with potential hybrid options later.

Start dates are 5 October 2026 or 16 October 2026, with a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, 8.00 am–6.00 pm. Training lasts 3 weeks and background checks are required.
