Part-Time Customer Service Advisor — 5-Star Support

Clarins Group, based at our National Distribution site in Harlow, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (31 hrs/wk) to deliver exceptional 5-star customer service to consumers, trade customers and internal stakeholders. You will work across email, phone, live chat, social media and letters, following KPI guidelines.
