Employee Relations Partner: Policy & Change Leader

GMCA is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner to join our People Services team. You will provide specialist ER advice, support policy development, and handle complex people management issues across GMCA and GMFRS as required.

You will coach managers, use data to identify trends, contribute to transformation initiatives, and ensure ER practices are inclusive and aligned with GMCA values.
