As Head of Continuous Improvement and Quality – you will lead Nottingham’s approach to quality assurance, performance, learning, and school improvement, ensuring high standards are embedded across Children’s and Education Services.
As a key member of the Children’s and Education Services Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic direction for monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement, strengthening partnerships with schools, settings, and stakeholders to drive excellence across the education system. You will play a critical role in ensuring services remain evidence-led, responsive to change and focused on delivering the best outcomes for children and young people.
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced leader with a strong background in quality improvement, performance management and educational or children’s services leadership. You will combine strategic vision with the ability to use data, insight, and professional expertise to drive improvement and influence change.
With a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and high standards, you will help shape a culture of learning and accountability, ensuring Nottingham continues to strengthen its services and improve outcomes for children, young people, and families.
You will hold a relevant qualification (at degree level).
