Finance Director – Strategic Charity Finances Lead (Hybrid)

The Royal School of Needlework invites a highly qualified Finance Director to shape financial strategy and governance. Based at Hampton Court Palace with hybrid working, you will lead the finance function, ensure robust controls, and deliver precise management reporting to the Council and senior managers.

You will supervise statutory accounts and tax filings, oversee VAT and Gift Aid, and coordinate with auditors and external advisers to support organizational growth and compliance.
