Site Manager – Social Housing Retrofit Leader (OccupiedHomes)

WPS is recruiting for 3 Site Managers to lead a social housing retrofit contract across Herefordshire and Worcestershire. You will oversee retrofit works in occupied homes, manage site teams and supply chain partners, and report to the Project Manager.

The role focuses on safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will work across multiple live sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
