VAT Director, UK & Europe — Transformation & AI-Driven Compliance

RBC is seeking a senior VAT leader to oversee VAT across the UK and Europe, reporting to the Managing Director – Head of Transfer Pricing and VAT Europe. The role covers BAU E2E processes, change and transformation, with 4 days per week in our London office.

You will drive VAT advisory programmes, lead transformation VAT requirements, and manage compliance through automation, data analytics, and governance across multiple jurisdictions. Collaboration with the Transfer Pricing team is essential.
