Job Description:
Leicestershire County Council is seeking a Debt Resolution Officer to join EMSS at Leicestershire County Hall. This full-time role combines credit control, dispute resolution and customer service to help residents manage invoices and recoveries.
The position offers a permanent contract, 37 hours per week, with a salary of £28,605 to £31,029 per annum (pro rata for part-time). Interviews will commence the week of 24th August 2026.
