Cardiff Team Manager – Statutory Social Work (Hybrid)

Eden Brown Synergy in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead one of four busy Intake & Assessment Teams within Cardiff Children’s Services.

The role involves providing leadership, oversight and support for statutory assessments and interventions, including Section 47 enquiries, wellbeing assessments and court work where required.

Flexibility includes hybrid working; SWE registration, driving license with access to a car, and the ability to reside and work in the UK are preferred.
