Inpatient Site Manager – Mental Health (7‑day rota)

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Clinical Site Manager to oversee all inpatient beds and support safe admissions for Adult Acute and CAMH patients at St Ann’s Hospital. You will work with the Patient Flow Manager to optimise site-wide inpatient services and patient flow.

This full-time role requires autonomous clinical judgment, excellent communication with multidisciplinary teams, and flexibility across a 7-day rota with occasional night duties.
