Quality Assurance Lead – Social Services (Children & Adults)

Cardiff Council’s Social Services department is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development and implementation of a Quality Assurance and Audit Strategy for Children and Adult Services, and to establish robust QA processes across the Directorate.

You will work with social workers, team managers and practitioners to promote continuous development, drive policy and practice improvements, and ensure services meet the highest standards of safeguarding and public protection.
