Crisis Mental Health Nurse – 24/7 Assessment & Risk Lead

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust in Hillingdon, London, is seeking a Senior Nurse to join the 24/7 Mental Health Lounge Assessment Service. You will perform biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing management for adults over 18, including those over 65, within a large multidisciplinary team.

You will make autonomous clinical decisions on admissions and discharges, demonstrate excellent interpersonal and de-escalation skills, and work a rotating mix of long-day and night shifts
