In Memoriam & Celebration Support Officer

The Stroke Association are recruiting an In Memoriam Officer to support people honouring loved ones. You’ll deliver compassionate supporter journeys, manage relationships with empathy, and help grow our in memoriam and celebration portfolio.

This is a home-based role across the UK with some travel for meetings. You will report to the In Memoriam Manager and work to enhance supporter experiences while using data and feedback to improve acquisition, engagement, retention and income.
