Quality Engineering Lead – NPI & Continuous Improvement

Advanced Resource Managers Limited is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead for a permanent role based in Ampthill. The role includes owning the NPI process for quality, leading Quality Engineers across two business areas, and maintaining quality command media to support a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

You will drive continuous improvement, deliver training to upskill the team, and act as the point of contact for corrective actions arising from quality reviews.
