The role focuses on contentious probate and TOLATA initially, with opportunities to develop a broader litigation caseload and a path to a specialism under the Head of Contentious Probate and Estates.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of solid litigation experience in contentious probate; experience in property litigation, contract or negligence is also valued.
