Practice Lead, Quality & Learning for Children’s Services

Nottingham City Council is seeking a Practice Lead to drive quality, learning and improvement across Children’s Services. This hybrid role is full-time (37 hours) with a salary of £46,142–£49,282. You will lead audits, design and deliver training, and promote best practice across teams to improve outcomes for children and families.

The post focuses on quality assurance, performance management, and partnerships, with a commitment to development of staff and service improvement.
