FindCore is assisting a leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy in recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor for a permanent role in Manchester. The successful candidate will deliver a broad range of surveying services, undertake PPM and condition surveys, and manage refurbishment projects while ensuring CDM compliance.

The role requires a degree in Building Surveying (or related) and a Chartered status preferred.
