Pub & Grill Team Leader – Elevate Service, Profit & Social

Village is looking for a Pub and Grill Team Leader to act as the operational right hand to the Manager, primarily leading the pub while flexing into other F&B areas as needed. You will run pre-shift briefings, champion our social media, and keep the team focused on brilliant hospitality and commercial targets.

You will step up as part of the Duty Management Team, own the Pub and Grill, and support colleagues across F&B when demand rises.
