Unit Facility FM Specialist: Lead Safety, Efficiency & Costs

IKEA Brighton and Churchill Square Shopping Centre is seeking a Unit Facility Management Specialist to lead safety, compliance and efficiency across a defined area. You will manage costs, coordinate tasks with internal teams and external FM providers, and support tendering, budgeting and planning.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in hard FM, knowledge of CAFM systems, RAMS and a passion for sustainability in facilities management, while embracing IKEA values and leadership responsibilities.
