Weis Markets is hiring a Customer Experience Associate at our Lancaster location. You will greet customers, assist with questions, and help resolve concerns in a polite, professional manner.

Responsibilities include operating the front end, bagging merchandise, ensuring accurate transactions, and following tobacco/alcohol sale guidelines. You’ll maintain store cleanliness and safety, support coworkers, and may assist other departments as needed.
