Senior or Principal Planner – Hampshire Office
Are you an ambitious planner with a strong commercial mindset? Our Hampshire office is looking for a Chartered Senior or Principal Planner to work on a diverse portfolio of clients and play a key role in business development. It’s a great opportunity for someone ready to work on a range of projects and grow their profile in a region with varied and rewarding planning challenges.
Requirements
- Chartered Planner / RTPI Member
- Strong, broad planning experience
- Commercial awareness of consultancy and development
- Full driving licence
Main Responsibilities
- Planning projects from start to finish
- Preparing appraisals, applications, and appeals
- Building strong client relationships
- Contributing to business growth
Knowledge Required
- Good understanding and ability in the full range of planning work
- Good commercial understanding of development projects
- Good commercial understanding of planning consultancy business
