Client Operations Specialist – 9-Month FTC

Hippo is seeking a proactive Client Operations Executive for a 9-month fixed-term contract in Leeds. You will support Account Managers and Client Partners with data quality, onboarding, and reporting, enabling the client-facing team to focus on client relationships.

The role involves maintaining CRM/Kimble/Kantata records, assisting with SOW pricing, and ensuring IR35 compliance while coordinating with Resourcing and Delivery teams. Travel to Hippo offices is required as needed.
