24/7 Bank Support Worker – Complex Care & Community Living

Swanton Care & Community Ltd in Barry, Wales is seeking Bank Support Workers to provide practical assistance and emotional support to people we support. The role requires working days, evenings and nights on a rota, including weekends, to help individuals live as independently as possible.
