Dementia Care Support Specialist – 24/7 Ward Team

Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Enhanced Care Support Worker to assist on wards with 24-hour care for patients with cognitive impairment. The role emphasizes person-centered care, teamwork, and responsiveness to patient needs.
