Compassionate Support Worker — Flexible Shifts & 24/7 Care

Royal Mencap Society is seeking passionate Support Workers for our Richmond service. You will assist adults with learning disabilities with daily activities, provide emotional support, and enable participation in leisure and social activities within our 24-hour care settings.

Ideal candidates show empathy, strong communication skills, and flexibility to cover varied shifts including evenings and weekends. Driver preferred but not required; sponsorship not available.
