IT Service Desk Technician — 24/7 On-Call Support

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Service Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests. You will perform remote troubleshooting and work to resolve issues quickly while delivering excellent customer service.

The role includes working a regular shift and an on-call rota to provide 24/7 support to NHIS supported organisations, including bank holidays, with a focus on reliable, patient-focused digital services.
