Interim Food Safety Inspector – Hybrid, 9 Months

g2 Recruitment is recruiting for an Interim Environmental Health Officer – Food Safety for a 9-month assignment with a local authority. The role is full-time (37 hours per week) with hybrid working and on-site presence 2–3 days per week depending on workload.

Duties include food hygiene inspections across risk categories, investigations of complaints, guidance to operators, preparation of inspection reports and enforcement documentation, and supporting the wider Environmental Health department.
