Families First Partnership Coordinator | Hybrid Role

Nottingham City Council is seeking three Families First Partnership Coordinators (Grade H) to join a hybrid, full-time role delivering coordinated family support across children’s services, education, health and social care. You will help implement integrated services and monitor outcomes to improve life chances for children and families in Nottingham.
