Facilities Maintenance Technician – Leeds City Centre

Ionic Recruitment is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Operative to work across a portfolio of commercial buildings in Leeds City Centre. The role involves daily hands-on maintenance, safety and presentation of shared spaces, with an immediate start on a 3+ week assignment in Leeds City Centre.

You will carry out fire tests, safety checks, basic repairs and help with opening/locking up buildings. Good communication and a proactive approach are essential, with full training provided where required.
