Musician and Sound Engineer – Tier 5 Religious Worker
The RPC Family UK is seeking a dedicated Musician and Sound Engineer to support our worship, media, and outreach ministries. This role sits under the Tier 5 Religious Worker category and focuses on music, technical support, training, and ministry assistance within our vibrant, growing multicultural church community
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
> Provide musical support during worship services (lead bass guitar, drums, and other instruments) and operate audio visual, media, and sound systems across The RPC ministries.
> Train individuals in music, arts, visual media, and sound production, including weekly classes for young people learning bass guitar and other instruments.
> Deliver biblical teaching on the role of music in advancing Christian faith, worship culture, and community cohesion
> Coordinate sound, media, and worship support teams, manage volunteers, recruit and train new team members to strengthen ministry operations
> Promote church activities using approved social media platforms and maintain a database of visitors, outreach contacts, and ministry engagement needs
> Carry out additional ministry related tasks assigned by the Archbishop or designated leadership to support worship, outreach, and community programmes
