Shaw healthcare Ty Cwm is a 20 bedded nursing service for people with physical disabilities and complex health care needs, located just outside Carmarthen in Johnstown. We are seeking a passionate Support Worker to provide person-centred care and support users in daily activities under a 39 hour contract at £13.67 per hour.
