Empowerment Coach for Independence & Inclusion

Chelmsford College is seeking an Independence and Inclusion Coach to support learners with SEND across the curriculum and help empower them towards greater independence. You will work with staff at all levels to advise on inclusive practice and contribute to a supportive learning environment.

The role is 37 hours per week for 38 weeks per annum, with a salary around £20,912–£24,994 FTE, reflecting starting terms and conditions. DBS check is required.
